A fishery producer organization needed market analysis, trend forecasting and operational tooling in one platform, and a team able to run it day to day.
What we built
The work ran as four workstreams inside one project:
- Platform development: market analysis and operational optimization tooling.
- Predictive modelling: market trend forecasting.
- Decision support and alerts: real time flags for the organization, not only retrospective reporting.
- Staff training: hands on training, so the organization could run the tool every day instead of being handed something it could not sustain.
Outcome
A single integrated platform covering analysis, forecasting and alerts, delivered together with a trained team. It is our largest single engagement to date.
